Torque setting is performed by the digital display value of the mechanical system that it’s possible to read the numerical value directly.
It’s convenient for prevention of a setting mistake, confirmation of tightening torque and management because it isn’t necessary to read center graduations like the past and associate graduations.

■Expiration date of calibration cert.
1. When unused.
The calibration weather for even 2 years of Calibration cert. and, it’s done.
2. When you have begun use by the calibration weather for less than 2 years of Calibration cert. .
Than put on the road, 1 year or tightening number of times even 100,000 times and, it’s done.
■ Check & Repair
*It is broken when you can not hear “click” or feel “shock”. Check & Repair is needed (not free).
* accuracy after repairing makes within 4 % of± a pass.
* Rough, it’s treated, long leaving and the use frequency, it’s a lot, there is time when accuracy is upset by a reason. When needing accuracy , please request check periodically (not free).
* torque equipment needs regular inspection. Once, please regularly inspect every once a year or 100,000 time tightening as the rule of thumb (not free).
* Please consult with the store you buy or our business office about handling.
Precautions for use
- When head in the square drive concave part ball ditch is different, socket kinds are a hold, and there is time which isn’t put on./If the ball groove of sq. drive of socket or accessory is different from standard, holding mechanism often does not work.
- When it shocks him, there is time when a hold organization fails./Strong shock often causes malfunction of holding mechanism.
